    When we pick your products, each line item is collected, scanned and inspected before being pulled for packing. Once products are all picked, we will pack your order securely for shipment.

How fast will my customer orders ship?

If orders are received by 10 AM (central time) they typically ship same day.

How long does freight take?

The time it takes for freight to reach its destination can vary depending on the service provider, travel distance, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable variables that may occur during road travel.

Where do customer returns go?

You can have the orders shipped back to your location or to our warehouse.

Make sure you have a clear return policy on your site for customers to review before making a purchase.

What does picking and packing mean?

Picking refers to picking each product for an order. Packing refers to actually packing it all in a box together, securing with paper-based dunnage (filler), sealing and addressing.

What about tracking?

You and your customer will be able to see the tracking as it is shipped, following it along the route.

Will it look like the product shipped from me?

Yes, we offer your own custom sender labels so that your customer(s) will see it coming from your company.
