This is a quick call, beneficial for both parties to see if we can help you.
If it seems like we can help, we will try to talk through as many of the details as possible before moving forward. Some formulas don't work well due to things like shelf stability, high price point for the demographic, availability of ingredients and more. We want you to be aware of any possible obstacles we foresee before moving forward. If all looks good we'll talk price, timeline, flavors and get the ball rolling.

SAMPLES
Once you have established a definitive formulation and flavor plan, we will produce and ship your personalized product samples to help fine-tune the taste profile. Unfortunately, telepathic transportation is not an option, so the samples will be delivered using traditional mail services. It is strongly advised that you adhere to your provided customer instructions when testing the samples. This ensures a uniform experience of the product.
PROCESS OF
REVISIONS
Your formulation process includes 3 revisions (if needed) in order to ensure your product tastes as you envision. If you're happy on round 1, that means we can get you on the production schedule several weeks ahead of time.
Once you're squared away on formula and flavor, it's time for the real fun...

The real fun is bringing your product(s) to life. At this point we will put you on our production schedule, keeping you up to date on the estimated start and completion dates. If any unforseen bumps in the road happen (ie:2020 supply chain) we keep you updated on that too. Product quality is our priority, so we are here to make sure your product is something you will be proud of, as well as us. Yes, we take pride in your products too.
