This also cuts down returns and negative consumer reviews due to the ability to know what they will like before committing to a month worth of powder product. What is the MOQ?
- Powder (excluding samples) = 240 per SKU*
- Liquids = 500 Units per SKU*
- Samples = 500 per SKU when part of a larger order containing pouches or tubs*
*These are minimum order quantities and can vary by product, subject to change.
What is the lead time?
INITIAL ORDER (New to us product)
Once we have successfully finalized the formula and obtained all materials, the typical time to ship is 5 weeks.
RE-ORDER (Previously produced with us)
Typically 5 weeks from the time order is received.
*Order must be paid in full for product(s) to ship.
What does the process look like?
- Quick discovery phone call. This helps you see if we can help with your product needs, and if so we go over formula specs and details.
- If moving forward, we will begin the formulation and testing phase. This requires a small $1000 payment to get started. Within 2 weeks you should have your first sample to try. If needed, the revision process will take place within this step.
- Once the formula is finalized, the product(s) is added to our manufacturing schedule. You are notified of your estimated date of completion.
- Your product(s) is made and case packed. If you store and ship with us, you will be notified so you can mark it in stock. If you require freight, we palletize and arrange for freight pickup with the details being sent your way.
- Easy peasy, now it's time to start selling!

We minimize your points of contact, which means less communication failure. You'll have one person to talk to through the manufacturing process. If you decide to utilize design and photography, you'll have one contact for that as well.
